Deliberately blunt. A missing feature described optimistically wastes more of your time than one described plainly, so this page lists what people go looking for and do not find, and says which of them are coming.
If something here is blocking you, say so. The order things get built in is not fixed, and "Louise needs this weekly" moves an item up the list faster than anything else.
Not available. This is the big one, and for some of you it is most of the job.
The assistant cannot see the customer database, job records or expert information at all. "Show me this customer's job history", "which experts work in Japanese medical translation", "what did we quote this institution last year" — none of these work, and it will not tell you that it cannot see them. It will simply not know.
It is genuinely close. The connection is built and tested against our real records — 5,772 customers and 20,744 jobs — including who is allowed to see what: Louise seeing Taiwan customers, Yuki seeing Japan customers, and nobody seeing fields their own job does not need.
What it is waiting on is that permission layer being correct in the live system rather than the test one. Turning it on before that is right would mean either people seeing records they should not, or everyone seeing nothing and concluding the tool is broken. You will be told when it changes.
Not available. Every new conversation starts completely fresh. It does not know your name, your role, what you worked on yesterday, or anything you told it last week.
What to do instead: put anything that matters every time into a reusable assistant. That is exactly the job it does — a saved set of instructions you start a conversation from, so you stop re-explaining yourself.
Not available. It cannot look anything up online, check a journal's current guidelines, or read a page you link to.
What to do instead: paste the text in. It works well on material you give it and cannot reach anything you do not.
Does not exist. If you have used ChatGPT Projects — a folder holding related chats with shared instructions and files — there is no equivalent feature here.
What to do instead: reusable assistants cover the instructions half, and a saved prompt library covers the repeated-request half. Conversations themselves are organised individually and are searchable.
Not available. There is no way to generate a report, export figures, or view a dashboard of your own or anyone else's use.
Nothing in the portal is a source for management reporting. Use your existing route.
| Business-record lookup, with per-person permissions | Being worked on now |
| Per-role model settings | Deliberately held until the trial ends, so the tool does not change under you mid-trial |
| Connecting our shared drives so it can search approved documents | Designed, not built |
Worth restating, since this page is a list of absences:
For the authoritative list of what is switched on right now, generated from the live system rather than written by hand, see What the portal can do.
